If you are applying for an advertised position, your application is also automatically forwarded to the recruiter in charge of the vacancy. If your profile corresponds to our requirements for this position, we will contact you within three to four weeks.
Applications, whether for a particular vacancy or unsolicited, are kept for one year.
With a Total Recruiter
Pre selected: you will meet our Recruiter. This person manages the entire procedure and will be your main contact at Total E & P Canada. During a one-to-one interview lasting about an hour, you will talk about the position, your career path and your aspirations….don’t hesitate to ask as many questions as you wish. The aim is also to give you as much information about the post and its prospects as possible.
With Total Management
You will also meet your future manager and, depending on the position, other senior managers. These interviews aim to clearly explain the position and the work environment and to answer any questions you may have on these points; they are also intended to check your technical skills and to measure the personal match between you and the team. Your professional development will be considered for the early years of your career.
You are Selected!
Our recruiter will contact you to propose you a contract. Is it acceptable? All that is left is to sign it with the HR Director.
