First … Fill out your Online Application Form

Visit: Total Careers (at our Worldwide site). It should only take you about 15 minutes. Applications for advertised positions are automatically forwarded to the recruiter in charge of the vacancy, so there is no need to submit an additional paper application. If your qualifications match our position requirements, you’ll hear from us within three to four weeks. (Total keeps all applications on file for one year.)

Meeting with a Total Recruiter

If you’re pre-selected, you’ll meet with a Total recruiter. This person manages the entire hiring process and is your main contact at Total. During a one-on-one interview lasting about an hour, you will talk about the position, your career path and future aspirations. Don’t hesitate to ask us questions. Our goal is to give you as much information about the position as possible.

Total Management Interview

The third step involves meeting your future manager and, depending on the position, other senior managers. These interviews are designed to explain your position in greater detail and introduce you to the work environment. We also use these interviews to check your technical skills and ensure you have good chemistry with the team.
