Total Upstream: Overview
Total E&P Canada's goal is to build a strong, sustainable position in the Athabasca Oil Sands through production of our Surmont, Joslyn, Fort Hills and Northern Lights assets, upgrading the bitumen we produce with our Voyageur Upgrader, pursuing exploration opportunities and seeking out partnerships to grow and expand our Canadian portfolio.
In addition to the assets mentioned above, we have acquired exploration assets through Alberta land sales. The Asphalt Creek and Griffon assets are located northwest of Fort McMurray and the Emerillon Asset is located southwest of Fort McMurray.
